A team of experienced, leading franchisors
The Managing Director of The Bardon Group is Nigel Toplis. Nigel brings some 20 years of experience in franchising to the group, is a fellow of Lancaster University, has written three books on franchising and was previously Chairman of the British Franchise Association (BFA). He is supported by a team who have over 70 years’ combined experience in franchising with a wealth of experience in their own disciplines.
The skills to create successful franchise businesses
Each of the franchises are different – from education to retail to b2b – but the essence of good franchising remains the same. Like a good marriage both the franchisor and the Franchise Owner will bring different skills to the business but will use both sets of skills to help drive growth and development of the business.
The franchisor will supply a brand, business system, on-going support, training, marketing tools and experience and the Franchise Owner will combine these with his/her own skills, experience, ambition and work ethic. The combination is powerful and a solid step to developing a successful business.
