A team of experienced, leading franchisors

Chairman of The Bardon Group is Nigel Toplis. Nigel brings some 30 years of experience in franchising to the group, is an honorary fellow of Lancaster University, has written three books on franchising and was previously Chairman of the British Franchise Association (BFA). He is supported by a team who have over 70 years’ combined experience in franchising, with a wealth of experience in their own disciplines.

Each franchise is different, but the essence of good franchising remains the same. Like a good marriage, both the franchisor and the franchise owner will bring different skills to the business but will use both sets of skills to help drive growth and development of the business.
